- Landlord - create your authentic property listing with 3 verified processes
- Service provider – vested service provider with verified ID
- 2Find what you need
- Find your rental by either search by city name or school name
- Request your settlement services simply click services that you want when you land in Canada
- 3Connect us
- For room rental, you can discuss with landlord once you found a property you like
- For settlement services, you simply click all prelist services you want and Keywacanada will contact you to provide a white-glove service
- 4Finalize deal
- For room rental, you can send an Offer to Lease and Keywacanada will guide you in every step from creating a legal binding Rental Agreement to payments process
- For settlement services, Keywacanada will send you a quote for all your requests and guide you in every step from creating a legal binding Service Agreement to payments process
- 5Your payments
- All your payments will remain in Keywacanada’s trust account, and only pay to landlord after you have moved in or pay to service provider once you have received your service
